In addition to our standard range we offer a bespoke design and build service for customers who have unusual or extremely demanding applications. As an example we have undertaken projects for Drax Power, Siemens train care and the Australian MOD who required a lift capacity of 16 tonne in a unit that weighed only 10.5kg!
We are in the process of designing and manufacturing a special Airskate-transporter platform 45-te for lifting and moving nuclear flasks.

• New Aluminium High speed mini light-weight (12kgs) airbag powered scissor lift range
The 90mm low-profile Mini scissor lifts are for integration into high volume conveyor production lines. With raise and lower times of 3 & 5s, respectively and up to 250,000 cycles between servicing, these units provide the speed and reliability required for critical operations. This ensures that recurring production line tasks are completed in a simple manner with repeatable results.
The standard model in the Mini range offer lifting capacities of 250Kg, with lifting height of 90-450mm. Table dimensions are 600 by 350mm their low profiles when closed, with the lack of projecting components outside their table dimensions, ensure that these products can be easily incorporated into existing conveyor line operations.
These scissor lift platforms are for robust working conditions and have low maintenance requirements. Operation depends only on a standard compressed air supply to operate the air-bag lifting mechanism. There are no hydraulics or electrics, again reducing maintenance, simplifying installation and lowering safety risks.
All models are factory tested, CE marked and compliant with Atex and EN1570. Accessories can include turn-table or roller conveyor. Can be PLC controlled.

Mobile Front-End lifting is a versatile piece of equipment for safe manual handling, helping to prevent muscular skeletal disorder problems. The unit, a low profile high lift unit, actuated by an airbag that can pivot to 90º. The source to power the airbag is compressed air. So no electrics or hydraulics are used. Developed for train maintenance e.g to assist with removal or replacement of heavy items from undercarriage of trains. [large cooling fans] Also ideal for tilting tote bins, containers, etc and up-ending of products. Lifting tilting or pivoting large sheet glass, etc.

Mobile Front-End lifting with parallelogram to accommodate a variety of lifting attachments. For one man lifting: Van deliveries, loading, unloading, pick and place. [washing machines, cookers, large electrical motors] Ideal for maintenance & site working. Numerous applications for in-factory and out.
